Membership Benefits
Membership in the RASC is open to everyone who is interested in astronomy.
Join as a member to receive valuable benefits, including our Observer’s Handbook, The RASC Journal, and invitations to special events. Mississauga Centre members can borrow a telescope from the Centre’s collection. The RASC wants everyone to enjoy astronomy.
To join, visit the National RASC website’s member signup page, and join as a member of the Mississauga Centre. You can join as a Regular Member, as a Youth Member (25 years or younger), or use the Family Membership option to include all the astronomers in your family.
Go to the Member’s Signup page on the National RASC website and choose the Mississauga Club.
Equipment Loans
Borrow binoculars, telescopes and equipment for free.
There is a nominal fee for the Solar Scope.
Observer’s Handbook
Published annually for over 100 years, the Observer’s Handbook is the North American reference for sky data.
RASC Journal
A bi-monthly publication of research and review papers by professional and amateur astronomers.
